Market Remains Up - now 14% and it is interesting as the
county approaches the final two months of 2012, the number of residential
properties under contract are up 14%. The number of properties already sold
this year are up 14.5%.
Average sold price is flat countywide while the average sold
price per square foot is down -2%.
