Year to Date Single Family Home Sales:  The chart above shows the number of sales and the average sold price by year for single-family home sales (2022's sales are for 1/1 - 11/30). Also, a section titled Quick Stats shows 2022's sales numbers and any changes from 2021 to 2022 for sales from 1/1 - 11/30 for both years. Year-to-date single-family home sales are down 35%, with the average sold price increasing by 12.4% (for single-family home sales in Summit County, Colorado). ​ Single Family Home Sales for each resort town can be viewed here.
