The Above chart provides a comprehensive view of the 2023 sales categorized by price range. And within each price range, you can observe a visual representation of the market share, the actual number of sales and the percentage that each segment contributes to the total 2023 sales.
Note a few key findings:
- Surprisingly, sales under $500K constituted a significant portion, representing 10% of the market with 120 sales.
- The $500K to $1M range emerged as the front runner, commanding a substantial lead with 491 sales, and constituting 40% of the 2023 sales market.
- The $1M to $2M range secured a strong second position with 418 sales and capturing 34% of the market.
