The chart above represents the average sold price change from 2019 to 2022. We took 2022's average sold price and subtracted 2019's. The average sold price dollar gain ranged from a low of $346,166 in Keystone to a high of $548,852 in Breckenridge.
These are very healthy gains. The top number is the average sold price in 2022 and the bottom number represent the gain in dollars from 22' vs 21', 20', and '19.

The percentage change from 2019 to 2022 is rather substantial, with a low increase of +48% and a high increase of 75%. The increase from 2020 to 2022 is a bit lower but still hovering around 40% to 50% increase. Then and when comparing 2022 to 2021, all double-digit increases ranged from a rise of 11% to an increase of 41% at Copper Mountain.
