October Sales Continued an Upward Trend
Sales in August were up 36%, in September they were up 73% and in October they were up 77%! Year to date sales are now up 9%.
Average Sold Prices still on the Rise
In August, the average sold price started the upward trend by increasing by 3%. In September, that increase surged by 17%, and in October, the average sold price for residential sales in Summit County increased by 21%. The average sold price for Summit County, year to date, is at $895,000.
Single Family Home Sales
Home sales are up 20% with an average sold price increase of 8%. October home sales increased by 87% with an average sold price increase, over October 2019, of 44%. Resulting in the year to date average sold price for a home in Summit County of $1,467,171.
Condominium Sales
Condo sales are up10%, with an average sold price increase of 6%. October condo sales increased by 95% with an average sold price increase, over October 2019, of 9%. Resulting in the year to date average sold price for a condo in Summit County of $535,773.
Inventory of Properties for Sale
