Our local market is still "steaming hot" as you will see in the following September 30th YTD Market Update. The average sale price has continued to increase which has been great news for Sellers. For you buyers out there that have been contemplating a Breckenridge or other area of Summit County investment it is time to buy now and enjoy those price increases yourself in the upcoming years. It is also a great time to make your move considering that interest rates haven't yet been effected by the Fed rate increases, so they are still super low.
